Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use RunFuel, including our website, free starter plans, insights, calculators, email content, digital products, account features, app features and subscriptions.

By using RunFuel, creating an account, signing up for emails, using a tool, accessing a plan or buying a paid product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RunFuel.

RunFuel is operated by RunFuel Ltd, trading as RunFuel. RunFuel provides practical running nutrition guidance, food cues, starter plans, tools and app-related services for everyday runners.

You may use RunFuel for your own personal, lawful and non-commercial use unless we agree something else with you in writing.

You must not:

• copy, scrape, resell, licence or redistribute RunFuel content without permission;
• use RunFuel in a way that could damage, overload, disrupt or interfere with our services;
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or other users' information;
• submit false, misleading, harmful or unlawful information;
• use RunFuel for anything abusive, fraudulent, illegal or harmful.

RunFuel provides general running nutrition education and planning support. It is not medical advice, dietetic advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, qualified nutrition professional or other healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether RunFuel guidance is suitable for you. Speak to a qualified professional before using RunFuel if you:

• have a medical condition or take medication;
• are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to become pregnant;
• have allergies, intolerances or specific dietary needs;
• have a history of disordered eating or anxiety around food;
• experience dizziness, persistent fatigue, rapid weight loss, missed periods, recurring injuries or symptoms that concern you;
• are unsure whether a food, supplement, hydration approach, training change or nutrition strategy is suitable for you.

Food examples may include common allergens. Always check ingredients, labels and suitability before eating anything suggested by RunFuel.

If RunFuel offers account or app features, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

RunFuel may use your answers, preferences, plan choices, check-ins and run context to generate food cues, swaps, plan prompts, recovery notes, hydration guidance and weekly summaries. Those outputs remain general education and planning support.

RunFuel is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use RunFuel or create an account.

Some RunFuel products and services are free. Others may require a one-off payment or a subscription. Prices, renewal terms and cancellation information will be shown before you buy.

Payments and subscriptions may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Your payment provider or app store may apply its own terms, billing rules and refund process.

If you buy through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must manage and cancel the subscription through the relevant app store. Deleting your RunFuel account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.

If you buy through a web checkout, cancellation and renewal details will be shown at checkout or in your account area where available. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds are handled in line with the checkout terms, payment provider rules, app-store rules and applicable consumer law.

RunFuel text, designs, starter plans, guides, calculators, templates, emails, tools, app screens, product names, brand assets and related content belong to RunFuel or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use RunFuel content for your own personal use. You may not copy, publish, sell, licence, adapt, train another product on, or distribute RunFuel content without permission.

You may share links to public RunFuel pages.

You may provide information such as goals, preferences, check-ins, feedback, saved foods, messages and support requests. You are responsible for the information you provide.

You give RunFuel permission to use that information to operate, personalise, secure, troubleshoot and improve RunFuel, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep RunFuel useful and available, but we do not guarantee that the website, app, emails, tools, plans, subscriptions or content will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

We may update, test, improve, pause, remove or replace parts of RunFuel as the product develops.

RunFuel may link to or use third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, app stores, payment processors, subscription tools, analytics providers or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, billing systems or availability.

RunFuel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to provide practical, accurate and useful guidance, but we cannot guarantee specific results, performance improvements, weight changes, health outcomes, recovery outcomes or race outcomes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RunFuel is not responsible for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, plans, tools, emails, app features or subscriptions.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country give you additional rights.

We may update these terms as RunFuel changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects your use of RunFuel, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
