We usually aim to reply within 2 UK working days, although complex requests and busy periods may take longer.

Please include the email address linked to your RunFuel account where possible, and a short description of what you need help with.

Data-rights requests are handled under the response periods explained in the Privacy Policy.

RunFuel Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store on iPhone, and through Google Play if the Android app is available.

To manage or cancel on iPhone:

• Open the Settings app.
• Tap your name.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Tap RunFuel.
• Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also go directly to Apple subscription management .

Apple notes that if there is no cancel button or you see an expiry message, the subscription may already be cancelled.

To cancel on Google Play, if Android billing is available:

• Open Google Play with the Google account used for the purchase.
• Go to Payments and subscriptions.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Select RunFuel.
• Tap Cancel subscription.

Uninstalling RunFuel does not cancel an active app-store subscription.

If you bought RunFuel Premium but your access is not showing in the app, use Restore purchase.

• Open RunFuel.
• Go to the subscription or upgrade screen.
• Tap Restore purchase.
• Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
• If access still does not appear, email support with your RunFuel account email and the platform you purchased on.

If a sign-in link is not working, try:

• checking that you entered the correct email address;
• checking spam, junk or promotions folders;
• opening the link on the same device where RunFuel is installed;
• requesting a fresh sign-in link;
• updating the app and trying again.

If you still cannot access your account, email hello@runfuel.co from the email address linked to your RunFuel account where possible.

In RunFuel, open You, then choose Delete account. The app explains that account deletion is separate from app-store subscription cancellation and starts the deletion request from inside the app.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@runfuel.co with the email address linked to your RunFuel account.

We may need to verify your identity before deleting account data. Deleting your RunFuel account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel any active subscription separately through the app store.

If RunFuel is not loading, syncing or showing your latest plan, try:

• checking your internet connection;
• closing and restarting the app;
• updating RunFuel to the latest available version;
• signing out and signing back in if account access appears stuck;
• checking whether your device operating system has pending updates.

If the issue continues, email hello@runfuel.co with your device type, app version if known, and what you were trying to do when the issue happened.

App-store purchases and refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. RunFuel cannot guarantee app-store refunds or reverse app-store billing decisions.

This does not affect any refund, price-reduction, cancellation or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
